  • This is the course for people who have obtained the MSP PRACTITIONER qualification between 3and 5 years (or longer) ago, and now need to re-register their qualification. This eLearning course contains all the modules, examples, test papers and exam simulation, for the Re-Registration exam. This is a complete alternative to the traditional 2-day classroom course.

  • Why should I do this course and not the classroom course?

    • This is a really cost effective way to re- validate your MSP PRACTIONER qualification.

    • The course can be done anywhere at anytime. So you don't have to take time off work. Also, you get access to over 200 foundation questions to refresh your Foundation knowledge, and a library of Practitioner type questions and sample answers to help you prepare for the 1 hour Objective Testing Re-Registration exam. In other words, anything you get with a classroom based MSP Re-Registration course, you get with this one.

  • How long can I take?

    • Your course is licenced to you for a whole year. This can be extended if necessary.

  • How much course access do I get?

    • As much as you want, as many times as you want, for a whole year.

  • How long will I actually need?

    • The MSP Practitioner Re-Registration requires approximately 10 hours of self-study. This study will be a mixture of computer-based training using the web or DVD, reference to the MSP Manual and other documentation, and completion of the Practical Tasks.

  • Will I be able to communicate with a fully accredited MSP trainer?

    • Yes - just call your assigned trainer, or email, and ask a question.

  • Do I need a MSP manual?

    • You do need a manual for the Re-Registration course, and this is supplied with your course.

    • If you've already got a copy of the official manual "Managing Successful Programmes: 2011 Edition" we will reduce the cost to you of the Re-Registration course by £40.

  • Will I be able to print sample documents and other resources?

    • Yes, you can print the text of every lesson if you want to. Plus the supporting documents.

  • What equipment do I need to run the course?

    • Basically any reasonably modern PC, Laptop, Mac or MacBook

    • The course will run on PC's and Laptops with the following minimum specifications:-

      • Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, or XP Tablet Edition ( Intel Pentium P4 2GHz)

    • The course will run on Apple Mac's and MacBook's with the following minimum specifications:-

      • Mac OS X (Intel Core Duo 1.83GHz or PowerPC G4 1GHz)

    • The minimum system requirements are:-

      • 512MB RAM (1GB preferred), at least 1GB of available hard disk space.

      • Internet Explorer 8+ or Chrome or Firefox or Safari or similar browser

    • Flash, MP3, Adobe Reader (all downloaded free of charge)

    • The course will run on an Ipad or an Android tablet. You will need to install the "Puffin Browser", available as an App ( less than £3) from the Apple App Store or the Android Play Store. If you want to print the lessons or the other printable materials, you will need access to a PC or Mac with a printer attached.

    • You can take the Re-Registration exam at one of our exam centres in London or Bournemouth

  • When can I take the exam?

    • Once you've spent time working through the examples and sample examination questions in the course, you'll be confident enough to book an exam.

    • The 2015 dates available for the Re-Registration exam in Bournemouth are :- 23 January, 6 March, 1 May, 26 June, 25 September, 20 November.

    • The 2015 dates available for the Re-Registration exam in London are :- 13 February, 27 March, 22 May, 17 July, 18 September, 6 November.
